Your journey to Villnöss – right into the heart of nature

Where the road becomes the destination

Coming from the north via the Brenner motorway (A22), take the Brixen Süd exit. Continue on the state road heading south towards Bozen, then turn left into the Villnöss Valley (Villnösstal). Follow the road through the narrow gorge-like valley until you reach the main village, St. Peter. From there, follow the signs to Würzjoch for about 5 km, then turn left (look for the sign on the left side of the road) to reach the Schopplhof.

Coming from the south via Bozen on the A22 motorway, , take the Klausen Val Gardena exit. After the exit, take the first right at the roundabout, cross the bridge, and turn right again towards Brixen. After about 1 km, turn right into the Villnöss Valley (Villnösstal). Follow the road through the narrow valley until you reach St. Peter. From there, follow the signs to Würzjoch for about 5 km, then turn left (look for the sign on the left side of the road) to reach the Schopplhof.

Arrival & Parking

Schopplhof – easy to reach, beautifully located.

    Ample parking is available right in front of the Schopplhof – convenient, close, and free of charge.
  • Arrival by train
    The nearest train stations are in Brixen and Klausen. From there, regular bus connections take you directly into the Villnöss Valley – the bus stop is only about 100 meters from the Schopplhof.
