- Our rates are per night and apartment, with a minimum stay of 3 nights in the low season and 6 nights in the high season. For stays of fewer than 4 nights, we charge a supplement of €30 per apartment per night.
- Additional guests (with at least 2 full-paying adults):
→ 0 – 1.99 years → free
→ 2 – 7.99 years → €10 per day
→ 8 – 13.99 years → €20 per day
→ from 14 years → €25 per day
→ 3rd/4th/5th person → €25 per night - Pets are warmly welcome – for your four-legged companion (max. 1 pet) we charge €13 per day.
- Visitor’s tax: For guests aged 14 and over, a local tax of €2.50 per person per night applies and is collected separately from the accommodation price.

Booking and cancellation policy
Booking & payment
- To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit (by bank transfer or by providing your credit card number and expiry date, so the deposit can be charged directly by us).
- We accept the following payment methods: cash, debit cards, credit cards (VISA and Mastercard).
Advance payment by bank transfer is also welcome:

Arrival & departure – simple and stress-free
- We want your holiday to begin in the most relaxed way possible. The hosts are not always on site, but check-in is easy thanks to our key code system:
- Before your arrival, you will receive a personal code that allows you to collect your apartment key from the key box at the entrance.
→ Arrival: 3:00 – 8:00 p.m.
→ Departure: by 10:00 a.m.
Cancellation policy
- We know – sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer fair and transparent cancellation conditions:
→ Up to 60 days before arrival → the deposit will be retained, no further costs
→ 59 – 8 days before arrival → 50% of the accommodation price (minimum 3 nights)
→ From 7 days before arrival or no-show → 100% of the accommodation price - The deposit will be used as a cancellation fee in case of cancellation. Cancellations and changes must be made in writing (by email).
